Nancy Hoy is a Partner with the company.  She has an extensive Information Technology background including many years with the IT organization of Merrill Lynch where she was in application quality assurance. Nancy holds a BS Degree in Business Management from Glassboro State College.

Susan Gannon is an Executive Partner with the company. With over 24 years in the recruiting business, Susan has aligned herself with numerous key clients in the Philadelphia Marketplace. Susan has an extensive track record of success with the company and has been part of the Worlco team for over 20 years.

Ira Cohen is an Executive Partner with the company and has more than 20 years experience building relationships in Information Technology Recruiting.  For the last 14 years as Established Account Manager with Worlco, Ira has provided innovative staffing solutions to startup organizations through fortune 100 companies.  He has worked with thousands of IT professionals in the tri-state area and across the country.

Rob Hughes is an Executive Partner with the company and brings over 10 years of experience to the Information Technology Recruitment field.  Prior to Worlco, Rob worked for MCI WorldCom as an Account Manager.  Rob also worked at SunGard Availability Services where he supported SunGard's internal network and desktop technology. Rob is a graduate of Rowan University with a Degree in Political Science.

John Parisi is an Executive Partner with the company and is a graduate of Syracuse University.  Prior to joining Worlco John held various sales and marketing positions in the Telecommunications and Entertainment industries.  He has been a professional Information Technology recruiter since 1999. 

Kathy Ngee is the Manager of Administration for the company and is located in the Wayne office.  Kathy has been with Worlco over 6 years after completing a long and distinguished career with IBM.  Kathy is a integral part of the company’s success due to her experience in administrative support systems, policies and procedures.  Kathy has a Degree in Business from Drexel University.

Gerry Lavine is a Senior Partner with the company and received his Degree from Pace University. Gerry has more than a decade of executive search experience, focusing on searches on the Information Technology recruitment field.  Prior to joining Worlco, he was a member of an established New York based IT Search Firm.  Previously, he held senior IT management positions with Avant-Garde Computer Inc., Financial Technologies Inc. and RCA Corporation.

Jennifer Judkins is a Partner with the company.  Jennifer brings to the company an extensive background in recruiting, sales and marketing.  She has both a solid background in technology and experience as a recruiter in the Healthcare industry.  Jennifer holds a BA in Marketing from Radford University.

Conor Cunningham is an Associate Partner with the company. Conor holds a BA degree from Rutgers University. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and marketing prior to joining Worlco.
