Each Worlco Partner is an IT professional with extensive experience in the computer field prior to joining the company. Our backgrounds represent a variety of disciplines in the technology industry. Each Partner maintains a constant awareness of the candidates we represent, current technology trends, employment opportunities, and our clients’ requirements.


When a Worlco Partner is selected, they become a participant in an extensive training program that is designed to thoroughly familiarize them with the sensitive elements of our business. Each Partner is trained in recruiting strategy, interviewing principles and techniques, effective reference checking and resume development.

Worlco Management Team

is one of the original Founding Partners of Worlco and is currently the Managing Partner/CFO/COO of the company. His prior background and experience in Sales and Sales Management, over 20 years with IBM, helped to establish and develop the comprehensive methodology used by Worlco to help make the recruiting process for both candidates and companies as productive as possible. Frank has a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

is one of the original Founding Partners of Worlco and is currently the Managing Partner/President/CEO of the company. Prior to forming Worlco, Bob held a variety of Sales and Marketing positions with IBM. He has been responsible for developing the Worlco approach to professionally representing both candidates and client companies in the Information Technology Staffing marketplace. Bob is a graduate of Syracuse University with a dual Degree in Business and Economics.

is the Managing Partner and brings extensive experience to the Information Technology Recruitment/Consulting field. Rob is currently responsible for client development(both full time and contract consultants) and Information Technology candidate recruitment. Prior to Worlco, Rob worked for MCI WorldCom as an Account Manager. Rob also worked at SunGard Availability Services where he supported SunGard's internal network and desktop technology. Rob is a graduate of Rowan University with a Degree in Political Science.
